I have has these calls before and seemed to be an obvious scam, so I briefly went along… The caller said I would receive an email from o2 but first I would have to pass security and he would send me 2 links with questions. SPAM Picked up the phone to be addressed as babe. Asked him not to refer to me like this and asked who he was. Refused to tell me who he was as I didn’t need to know, only that he knew me. Refused to tell me why he was calling then hung up.

Said it was a bank security check as my account had unknown charges added to it. Complete lie. Definitely a scam.

Told him I had seven Mercs, was a little busy and could he just put the money into a plain envelope and leave it underneath a bench at Fenchhurch Street station without passing GO, and I would have my butler pick it up later. He cut me off without confirming. The number is now blocked. Sense a potential scam.

SCAM caller - called saying he's from my bank, quoted some card details (correct, must be on a stolen database) to say that Apple Pay / Contactless are down for 24-48 hours while they do upgrades. I didn't give him any info but somehow he managed to set up an Apple Pay with my card and stole £2,600 from our company account, on payday, 4 days before Christmas. We're now completely skint and can't afford to pay the wages. Been doing some investigating and his name is Tyrell, apparently. Fuck you Tyrel
