The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. SCAM Automated Call from DWP stating my National Insurance Number had been used for fraud... After being placed in a que, an Indian Woman asked me what I wanted and I said You called me she said she hadn't... Wouldn't or couldn't confirm my NINO, Name, DOB or Benefit Type... Due to the fact I took her off script by asking why their automated system had called me, she hung-up.. If this was the DWP, very unprofessional and at least try and sound convincing...

Delete/block number on your phone. Bear in mind, if it was a genuinely important personal/business call for you, whoever it was will find a way to let you know.
