Did not identify themselves on the message but it was about an international money transfer on a debit of credit card. told to press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to an advisor. I treated this as a phishing call, ignored the instruction and blocked the number.

Be careful it’s a scamI they send a text saying my new number save it with no name. I text back and asked if they were . Next got a couple of short text about hope your day is better than mine. Then a text asking to send £1500.00 because they needed the money and because number was changed it would take 24 hrs for verification . Promised to pay the money back tomorrow. I said I couldn’t pY any money as I was out and didn’t have details on me.

This was a scam call supposedly from visa. I only answered if because it was a local code

This number is DANGEROUS! My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.

Likely scam. They rang me. I picked up but didn't say anything into the phone. They didn't say anything either and then hung up. I always answer in this way when I receive an unexpected phone call from an unfamiliar number. Legitimate callers always say "hello" and try to get a response. Scammers hang up. It happens every time!

Caller said they were from O2. Said there was suspicious activity on my account, then a text turned up that looked to have come from O2. The text had a code number that they wanted to "prove I was the account holder. I'm sorry. This is an obvious scam. They'd use that code to hijack my account, change the address, and order as many high end phones and tablets as O2 would let them. Was called up by a scam callcenter that told me that there was a problem with a payout from my life insurance, They had my name and phone number, but everything else was very clearly not legit so not the most professional scam I've seen.

Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.

Fraud SCAM Called me pretending to be from Amazon saying that someone had ordered an iPhone on my account. They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. Got quite upset when I refused to give them the code
