Call centre spam / scam. Said she was from a company called MEA (I think). Claiming there was an issue with a life insurance policy, so there would be a problem with a payout. I don't know the company or have a policy with them.

The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. Scam call. Pretends to be from O2 offering half price bills. As soon as you say you're not with O2, it hangs up. Local London number but poor quality/routed phone line.

SCAM - Have had varying numbers 02922 770715, 02922 770237, 02920 770128, 029220770716 calling everyday for the last month or so. They claim to be an energy company trying to frighten you regarding loft insulation. This is obviously a scam trying to lure people into parting with their hard earned cash whilst annoying them with phone calls everyday!!! If you have any numbers call similar to those mentioned above.. IGNORE THEM or preferably BLOCK THEM !!!!!
