Phoned to say money had been taken from my account to pay amazon and sent abroad, kept asking for my account number, told him i would phone the fraud dept at my bank and give them his number and they can talk to each other. He then rang off, now blocked this number.

I rang the number back using 141 to hide my number. When the person finally answered it sounded like a work place in the background. it sounded like they were on hands free/speaker and I heard a man say "get off the phone" in a disgruntled voice and then he ended the call. Don't know what they wanted but it's annoying to get calls like this. I've now blocked the number.

Called today from this number. Appears originally on my telephone as local number, 01900 632310. This is clearly a very dangerous number and it shows the depth to which this scum will go.
This number has called me 2 times in a minute while I was on another call. And it's not allowed me to call back. This number is restricted to receive calls. Possibly it's scam.

Fortunately I was there to intercept. Cynical call, a day after receiving a SSE dividend, an unsolicited call from the USA about my share holding. An Indian sounding person, in a call centre, who had to asked on whose behalf he was calling. Then said it was some form of financial company. As if one would talk about your shares to an unknown person, acting for an off-shore company. Initially he was trying to make me believe he was connected to SSE.
This mobile number 07730043765 called my mobile. When I rang it back - recorded operator says - that the number is not recognised?
