UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. SCAM - Recorded Message advising NI Number has been compromised and I am to press 1 to speak to someone. Hung up and googled the scam and read DO NOT PRESS 1. I have logged with Action Fraud. Now blocked the number.
i was rung and told it was BT and that there had been some suspicious activity on our internet recently. I was asked to google Anydesk which I know is a method whereby a person can remotely access your laptop. No way. I put the phone down.
Scam/Fraud Recorded message stating that I had an arrest warrant against me for tax fraud - it then gives you an option to press '1' for something (by which time I'd hung up)... Obvious scam by whatever criminals are operating here.

I received 2 text messages saying I had missed my delivery from hermes. I have not placed any orders and not expecting any deliveries.
I love these calls. This one was from UK Times. On a previous occasion they asked for me by my real name. I said I had passed on (take that as you wish) and I gave them a fictitious name which they used this time. I answered all the questions and now hope to receive phone calls from all the sponsors which I can then report to the Information Commissioner s Office. As the call was from overseas the TPS has absolutely no control over these kinds of callers.
