Why can t OFCOM do something about these types of call - suggesting I have been involved in an RTA s - surely OFCOM could remove the so called company s telephone number! Supposedly from Sigma Advice Company - Joshua Simons - they ring me monthly from a different number so WTF is OFCOM for?

Left a voicemail message in automated American voice, instructing me to call back. Claimed they were the HMRC and if I failed to call I would face legal consequences. This is a scam I did not return the call.

Automated call & message. I don t listen to the entire message, so can t say who they are or what they do. Calling every day despite being registered with the telephone preference service and being ex-directory!

It is a debt management company. They do not charge a fee as they are funded by the financial sector.
