The phone number 02045174376 may be a scam to get money from people. The call was of bad quality with a lot of background noise. The caller tries to get you to except a phone contract cheaper than you current contract, but with the same or better terms and staying with your current provider. They then ask for an up front fee which they say you will back with the contract. I could not confirm what company owns the phone number, but when you call the number back it went to a message in a foreign language.

Fraud - pretending to be starling. Do not answer contact starling on normal customer service number.

This is NOT a Northern Irish number, there are not enough digits in it. N Irish numbers are in the format of 028 xxxx xxxx

Got a call from 01997 617418 and he said he was called “Daniel”, obviously incorrect based on accent. He said he was from Curry’s PC World! Stating he was doing mobile phone upgrades. Upon notification of the fact I had already upgraded recently he hung up.

Lady called offering iPhones and androids for £30. When I told her she had called a business line she told me she didn't care and she was going to keep calling no matter what I said.

Received a cold call purporting to be EE. The number had obviously been spoofed as it belongs to a London Cafe.

I stupidy answered and a computer said "you have been charged 17..." before I hung up

Indian scammers again! Robo message "Bank Security regarding 2 charges this morning, one to Amazon for 800 and one to an overseas transfer for 1100..." Pressing 2 got an indian man who got really shitty with mew and hung up when he said "Thankl you for calling..." and I told him he had called me.

This one messaged to say a direct debit has been setup in favour of O2 for £345 and to call back on 03301654384. Looks like a scam.

This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. 8 AM this morning, automated call claiming to be "bank security" - went on to tell me my card had been used twice today - obvious scam as I use a building society wanted me to press a number to connect with their "helpline" - I hung up.

Beware. Asian sounding lady claimed to be storing my will and wanted to go through and check for updates. They knew my name and postcode. I hung up and went to our solicitor who said wills are held in their own store and they know nothing about any cold calls.
