The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. I was told that I face prosecution by HMRC for tax evasion, a recorded message that sounded remarkably like the one's that I've had from bank security and Amazon about money from my account
