i never answer calls I cant identify but I sometimes look them up on this site. this looked like a normal number so I nearly answered but thank goodness I did not. no one needs telemarketing calls.

An un-solicited call, by a company claiming to be IFA Direct. I asked for their company details and he said we are in Malaga, Spain. I.F.A Direct have a website, and are in Woking, Surrey. Very strange behaviour. Whoever they are, they are phishing for personal details about pensions and finances. They are employing hard sell techniques. They are evasive and won t give out their company details. And they are illegally calling numbers registered with the T.P.S. Stay well away from these people.

The Redditch (01527) number followed by 419 and three subsequent digits (e.g. 01527 419134, 01527 419162 etc.) are used by an apparently unscrupulous debt collection agency that is based in Grosvenor House in Redditch. I answered once, sad computer scam wanting all your computer details, told them I had no computer, they rang off immediately!!! There was a gap of a few months and then my call minder registers they call, regularly, sometimes three times a day. I now screen calls with call minder but it is maddening to have to clear the call minder daily as they are not the only Company who harass in this way. Would be great if this kind of thing could be stopped for good.

Asian sounding voice. Said they were BT and that there was a problem with the service. Advised me to follow their instructions. I told them I was not an idiot and to go elsewhere

Irish lad said he was calling about my frozen pension. i played along and made up stuff about a fictitious pension which he VERIFIED. When said I was just digging out the file to get the pension reference number he hung up, l am a pension administrator so can baffle them with terminology. Proves these calls are a scam.

If you sign up for information, they call you. I was in tears asking them to stop, they laughed at me.
