As with the comments above I received two calls from HMRC saying they were filing a lawsuit against me. I was told to press 1 to speak to a case officer who had a strong Indian accent, asked me to spell my name and confirm my address (which I didnt and put the phone down).

SCAM Rang my work number saying they were BT (not our provider) and said our router was Comprimised. Knowing it was a scam, I played along to waste their time. They tried to get me to connect to what would undoubtedly look similar to a BT site to then connect my PC to the site. They got bored of us trying to keep them on the line so they didn't scam some OAP. They gave up and hungup.

I also found this man to be very obnoxious and forceful on the phone. I advise anyone that speaks to him to hang up. He needs more training and should get another life rather than bullying people down the phone. He was rude and forcing me to buy something off him. Be careful of this man

Name of company was something or other polls. Caller had a heavy Asian accent and I think he has called many times before for different companies. Said he wanted to ask me only four questions about my use of brands but his first question was to confirm my address, at which point I hung up.
Scam text message about PAYEE supposedly from HSBC. Don’t follow link given in message, just delete.
SCAM pretending to be Amazon UK about a large value order. I hadn't placed one. Was followed by an email with the same. I went on account, asked Amazon to call me direct to check, was told it's a scam number and email. Reported to [email protected] . Never accept the call, always check with the company direct.

Just had this number call me and it was Splashes Leisure Centre in Rainham, Kent who misdialled my number. Nothing malicious at all, but I notice they are managed by Medway Council, so it s possible the number has been used for other things in the past.
