Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Claiming to be from Albany Assist calling about a non existent accident. Fishing for some details about said accident to close my file . When I asked for some details of the accident she hung up. Have previously called me and told me to f- off when I asked for more details.
