Asking if I was on benefits and would I like a new boiler.

This number called me and said they were calling about an accident I had within the last 3 years. I asked her what accident would that be? She said you tell me! I said no you seem to know so much about me you tell me. She was so rude. She said don t give me that all you had to say was yes or no. She didn t ask me if I d had an accident so how could I answer yes or no. I said how dare you cold call me then kick off. She went yeah yeah whatever and put the phone down! Unbelieveable. I received a call from this number to my home telephone at about 15.50hrs in the afternoon. I answered quickly as I was sat next to my telephone and could hear background sounds resembling a call centre but no-one spoke to me so I hung up. Presuably some sort of cold-call.

This is typically a sales call - but only if you re a member of the Wine Club, so I consider it legitimate. Returning the call gives a recorded message saying it s a non-urgent call.

Called as one of those accident claims people. As I m registered with TPS, I asked how they got my number and they hung up.

Called 4 times in one day! I thought about calling back but glad I didn t! I google every unknown number that calls me now. As of late, I am getting unknown calls every other day. I m not sure who I gave these details to, but no doubt at least my phone number has been sold to scammers and or telemarketers.
