SCAM said they were calling from virgin media and my internet was running slow. I questioned that he was from v.m. as they would put compensation credit on next billing - surely ?? Sounded like a busy telesales background noise. Man spoke English but with a strong Indian subcontinent accent.

SCAM. Rang once then hung up. This is a " call-back scam. If you call back you will be charged premium rate for the call, and it's probably PPI, ambulance chasers or "You've won an IPhone". Block number and DON'T CALL BACK.
SCAM number diverts to abroad and it’s a romance dating scam. Do not call this number. Been in touch with this person for a few months to catch him out and he is finally making mistakes. I will be reporting this to the authorities
