I did speak to one of their operatives & he was asking a lot of questions which I refused to answer. SCAM! BEWARE: They try to ring you in regards to upgrading your phone contract for some ludicrously low price. If you agree, they ask for your email and then try to gain access to your mobile phone account through a password reset link and a "secure password" they generate for you to input.
