I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. Be careful ☺️

Repetitive calling multiple times a day, every day lately. A nuisance, harassing non-professional behaviour. Others have said it may be OVO energy but if so they have other alternative contact for me if it's really necessary.
Called asking for someone by name, who doesn't live at this address any more. I asked, who's calling please? They repeated the name. I asked again, who's calling please? and they repeated the name AGAIN. I then said,. NO, Mr X isnt calling, you are... Who are you? to which they muttered,. "oooh someone got up on the wrong side of bed this morning, good bye". Never had a chance to find out what it was about, but based on the name asked for, and past history, it's probably to do with

Purport to be transaction investigators for TSB, and for an hour went over and over questioning, checking transactions, cancelling card, and then working very hard to persuade that account needed closing and reopening with a safe sort code and account number, asking about standing orders and Direct debits!!! Thankfully we realised in time and put a stop to it. They had enough information by then to make it dodgy!!!!

Spam phone contract call. Ignore. They told me my phone was coming to the end of its contract and that my bill would go up 17% so they needed to look at saving me money with a new contract. This was all false information.
They seem to get numbers and call them, unsure where they get their private numbers from and the information or not on who may answer. Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!

SCAM - Claiming I ordered an iPhone 13 through Amazon, decided to play along. He requested that I put him on speaker phone so he could run through filling a form in. Asked for him to send it through email, he said I (as in myself) am not authorised for email, whatever that means. I queried again that I assume I will be notified through email, and for some reason continued to state I am not authorised. I can't believe the guy actually thought I would enter a random URL in to fill in a form, must be nuts!
