I believe it is a scam. I blocked it as a nuisance call which I can only do on my landline. It kept ringing me every 15 minutes. No answer when I managed to pick up the call.

Vende móviles y ordenadores portátiles en milanuncios.com y Wallapop, pero cuando contactas con él te dice que prefiere hacer envío y no quiere quedar en persona. Te dice que le hagas el pago por transferencia o Bizum. Una vez que pagas, no te manda el producto, te bloquea el WhatsApp y no te contesta las llamadas. Es un timador latino de Madrid.

It’s a scam! Told me they had noticed an unusual amount for £1100.00 had been taken from my account. IPSOS MORI was calling me for polling and survey. They normally held student surveys. They were calling me constantly. And when I did not reply, they started sending email invitations to me.
