Its apex debt collection. they buy debts left over by everyone else for about ?1. knowing they have no leg to stand on enforcing the debt. ignore their calls completely, do not try to call them back. if they send you a letter refer to forums like citizens advice and money saving expert. i worked there for a week until i realised what s what. spineless, toothless chancers.

Didn't like it when i said i'll just delete my amazon account so no reason to ever call me again. people like this make me sick, trying to scam others out of their hard earned money. Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them.

I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.
