Like others have said, AO.com trying to sell extra coverage for the appliance. I d seen here that s what they were doing but answered in the end as I was worried they might not deliver it if I didn t, since people had said they asked delivery details. In the end they just repeated what the website had said already regarding the delivery, and then pushed quite hard on the extra coverage, which I really didn t want - I bought from AO.com to save money, not spend extra! using a local number to contact me even though i have told their main office several times that the account is being dealt with by a debt management company

I rang the 0800 number below and although Nena Patel doesn t work their any longer , I spoke to a very helpful man called Alex who listened carefully and checked which survey I was being called about. He then took my number off the list and said I would no longer receive calls about that survey. I then asked him if I could have my name removed from all future surveys and he said he would put my number on their exclusion list which would stop any calls except for government surveys and anything I may have si

I regularly get calls from this number. It s mostly an Indian sounding woman on the phone who either tells me that she is calling for the victim, because I should have caused an accident or she tells me that my computer was broken.

Scam call on what’s app from this person also tried on a fake mobile and sent messages. Do not answer, block and report.
