Told him EE have my email address, to email me and then he said only the marketing department will have that...Told him I don't agree to just anyone claiming to be from EE to get money out of me for a contract I can't see. Then I put the phone down on him

This number called today and said that two transactions had been made on my bank account, one from amazon for £300 and one for a transfer of £1000, be aware this is a scam and they should look to getting a proper job.

They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Phone scams are a common way for criminals to con people out of money using various tricks to get your personal or financial information. It is a scam number that hides itself as an Amazon extesion. Don't answer or don't press any number extensions it promotes.

Claims to be selling solar panels, but when questioned about how they procured the telephone number, promptly hung up. Most likely a scammer
