I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Aggressive: I m naturally quite chilled and helpful but after each of these called I have been angry and proceed to block the number. This company called me to discuss my online presence so the guy said. Caller sounded very desperate and said he could have my business featured on Google page 1 and offered unlimited clicks and get me more business. What the guy didn t realise nor ask is that I have ran these adwords marketing campaigns before for various businesses I have and for the £150.00 fixed fee he said it would cost, my average click cost is £4+ and would literally get no work from this amount of spend. As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!

A foreign sounding man introduced himself as John Parker and said I was due for refund of bank charges. I gave him my dob (I recently claimed charges and for a second thought it was genuine.)I would never give bank details and said so. I just said Lloyds bank(not true).He said his boss will phone me today. They called this morn and I didn t answer. Dreading the phone ringing now and worried giving my dob was a dangerous thing. He didn t swear but got more impatient as the call went on.

Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". He persisted for a little longer before he hung up on
I recently got a phone call from this number soon after contacting sky about my broadband. He asked me to run a check on my speed and tell him the speeds for uplload and download; he then continued to tell me what i should have and that i should go onto my pc and connect to the their technical dept server so they could upgrade to what i should be having. Luckily im a bit tech savvy and new my speeds were correct and questioned him on my account which he couldn't give any details on. I'd say this is a scam!!

Someone has passed on mobile numbers to this company. They sound like a credit lending company who have false information or just telling lies .
Another nuisance call. Phone rang from this number but no one said anything so I hung up.
They said they were from Virgin media and my internet had been hacked but sent me links on my mobile and the word Vergin is spelt incorrectly so I ended the call.
Missed call luckily! Blocked.
