Kirsty , an automated survey, called Oct 9th 2014. I am ex-directory and registered with TPS. I am also disabled and find phone calls very stressful. Due to my disability, I need my phone line available at all times but this call blocked my access to my own phone line! I hung up and then went to make another call-- kirsty and her survey on energy supply was still prattling on! Hung up again but again, the call was still blocking my line when I tried to call out. Disgusting!

Anyway it was a recorded message claiming to be from BT saying our broadband IP address had been hacked and would be switched off within 24 hours and to press 1 for more info. An automated voice from a different number said it was HMRC calling, that there was an arrest warrant out for me and this was their last attempt to contact me that I should call 02081442921. Do not call this number. I have informed HMRC of this phishing scam.
