I too received a call at a funeral at 1020 this morning about so-called PPI, when asked how they got a ex directory number, they were reluctant to answer their source. I informed them a complaint will be submitted for their harrassment, I have also sent a letter to the BBC Panorama. programme who are investigating companies under various names. Rude woman, pushy wouldn t state purpose trying to get you to confirm who you are and would not provide info on who she was or why calling. Tries to beat you in to giving info by repeatidly asking who you are. Do not trust this call - she only said Next stop but refused to provide what type of company

This number calls you, you get a brief ringing tone and the call is answered silently and drops the line when you answer. Probably illegally locating live numbers for unsolicited calls.

Called and asked to speak to the phone contract owner, then sounded like they dropped the phone and just started laughing hysterically. I hung up.
