The main website gives the contact telephone number 01133 203040, while the information or lack thereof, on Companies House website is interesting. Definitely suspicious, probably fraudulent. Be extremely cautious. SMS messaging to landlines is a relatively new feature and used, for example, by some telephone engineers to confirm appointments/arrival time.
