This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Spoke to a young man called Andrew - Advised they were from BGL Group (people who deal with Home Insurance). Claimed to deal with Halifax, Lloyds and Bank of Scotland policy's and underwrite them when this is not the case? Wanted bank account details in relation to a possible refund and they have sent a fraudulent letter to several LBG customers asking for this to process a refund.
