SCAM / SPAM - phishing attempt for PayPal credentials. Received a text saying "PayPal:Your account has been restricted due to a failed payment. Please Login at ... to remove any pending restrictions." Completely bogus. Poor punctuation. No personal details. These messages do NOT come from PayPal.
