Called asking for the sales director because by 09:10 he had come out of an important meeting with one of our nameless competitors and he had some very important highly confidential info to pass on. Didn't know the name of the person he wanted to speak to and wouldn't tell me why he was calling. Started to get aggressive when I wouldn't say what my role was in the company or give the name of the sales director or their email address.
