I didn't answer but was left a very weird voicemail. A robotic sounding female voice claimed to be officer Dennis Grey from HMRC, and if I didn't call them back on this number (even said 'I repeat, call me back on 01612503855') immediately they would start legal action against me. Blocked and reported!
If you call the number back there s the option to opt out of any future calls - all automated.

Recorded message stating the Amazon Prime renewal date was due and to press 1 to speak to account manager. As membership renewal was October knew this was a scam and hung up.

Fraud - keeps texting me with fake bank, post office & parcel deliveries requesting I click a link to find out more
