It was an automated message saying my national insurance number had been compromised
These people rang my pay as you go mobile I have for emergencies.I don t often give out my number but it is registered as a contact number with my dogs microchip details which comes with 4 weeks free insurance.
Called regarding my National Insurance Number definitely a scam
Received a call from 01879 553658 asking for my son. Before I could explain I was at work and that he was not with me they cut me off!

I don t answer calls from numbers I don t recognize - I just check them on here first before deciding whether to call back. Glad I didn t - isn t this cold calling illegal? I m registered with TPS and we are ex-directory.
Auto-caller scam claiming to be BT, recorded message says that they have detected illegal activity on your phone line and will cut you off unless you press 1 to connect to an operator to discuss your case further. Obvious scam, have blocked the number.

This is a nuisance call to mobile numbers. Like others I do not answer callers unknown to me, it wastes my time and theirs and their money!
