No idea who it was but the heavy Indian-Pakistani accent meant that I had no idea what this person was saying. Hard to believe any legitimate company hires someone who’s accent make them unintelligible. Blocked.

This was AO.com calling to confirm my delivery, I didn t take the call but called back after finding this site. They knew who I was from caller ID making the whole process very smooth. I was offered warranty/repair uplift as part of the call but I think that is understandable. I politely declined and we moved on to other details - no pushy sales or anything. Very pleased, would definitely recommend AO.com for their service.
