Next step money are the worst most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of coming accross, won t stop ringing even when you ask them to remove you. Rude and aggressive morons that work for them. Should be closed and fined and every person they ever called should be compensated for their time.

SCAM - SMS pretending to be from Royal Mail asking to reschedule a missed delivery via link 'package-deliverys.co'. I didn't go further to find out the URL behind.
SCAM. Contacted O2 they reimbursed £6.00 that was taken off account. Said it could have been a reverse charge scam! I researched the 87777 number and it appears to be an O2 number for donating to non profit organizations with charges in Czech currency! There was a record in the phone history of a call being made but there was definitely no physical call made.
SCAM - call on my mobile yesterday with a recorded voice saying that I was the subject of a tax fraud investigation and to press 1 to be connected to teh HMRC officer investigating...this is Not how HMRC works! I didn't press 1 - I'm not fraudulent and I realised it was a scam. Beware!
