Trying to get people to let them to do their PPI reclaims! Solicitors? Really? No wonder they try and get round the law by blatantly lying. I ve been in the TPS for 7 years, so if their records are that far out of date they are clearly calling ilegally. When I asked for their payment details to set up an account so I could charge them for their illegal call the girl on the phone claimed that the TPS only covers marketing calls and not public information calls ! Like they weren t soliciting business! It
