Scam call seeking payment of £190 for utility kitchen machine insurance insisting that this is a saving of £60 on previous years charges. Address referred to is an address i have not occupied for 15 years. Managed to string the call out for 18 mins before 'politely' telling caller he was wasting time!

I'm not sure if this number is a scam or not because my card had stopped working the day before, but would always recommend if you need to contact the bank then google what their phone number is and ring that one, NOT the number a message asks you to call (for coop bank it should be 0345 721 2212)
