Number is from Nottingham and I am living in Cardiff so I believe that it is another scam
SCAM Indian chap called ‘Steve’, said he was from Virgin media and wanted to fix the fault on my internet connection. Told him I didn’t have a fault as I was connected and working on it whilst he was speaking. He put the phone down. This is the 4th call I’ve had today from this 02084 number. Very annoying as I’m with Virgin and my landline is supposed to be ex directory; I can’t even block it ????. Yet another reason for leaving them!

Answered the call - heard "call centre bustle" in background. Said hello repeatedly and then heard recorded message " you have been kicked from this conference". bad telemarketing with poor software is my best guess. Will not answer again.
