Called about non-existing warranties on washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Used my brother’s name - he’s never even bought those items and we’re not near Brighton.

SCAM Called asking how I am and then immediately went into a script saying they were an energy advisor “in your local area”; last time I checked, Bournemouth (where they’re calling from) isn’t in South Wales!! Ignore and avoid.

Caller was rude and trying to say he was from a government department offering me a refund from my bank, when questioned which government body he got even ruder and I politely told him what to do with the refund
