They called but no one on the other end
Interesting comments, as the man, who sounded American, said he was from money matters, nothing to do with nuisance calls. Clearly a nasty scam whoever they are.

Hi all, I called back and got the heavy breathing. I called back again a little later this time I spoke first. I was told that the name of the company was Homesafe Solutions! I have reported them and now you can too! To the TPS and to the ICO.

2nd time I have had a call from this number from someone called Tom, telling me about loft installation that I have recently had fitted and that I need a site survey and was that ok. When I said that wasn't ok I was asked if I'm the home owner, I said no and he disconnected the line
