Fraud likely. Its an automated voice that says they're from the Visa fraud department because my card has been used in china a lot and to IMMEDIATELY press 1. I just hang up lol.

This number appeared on my son's phone. He says he does not recognise it and didn't call it. The time of the call was when he would have been in a school lesson. Charged £6.90 for 11 seconds.

Caled at 16:15. An English accented woman launched into "I'm from the Community Energy Review, & want to tell you I am not selling anything..." I cut her off & told her she was lying, that she wanted someone to check my insulation & that they would be trying to sell me "upgraded" insulation. There was a long silence so I hung up. SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

this was a recorded message purporting to be from HMRC. It stated that a letter had been returned to them and they were going to commence legal action. It asked me to press 1 to speak to an advisor. I hung up!

Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all.
