Said hello twice after a pause someone said first floor contact services when I said hello again they cut off.

Was called from this number, which I do not know.
nCaller did not leave a message and hung up.
nWould be interested to know who it is, if you have answered it.

This number kept calling me and there was just silence at the other end whenever I answered. Once there was a man s voice saying "hello?" but the following calls were just silence. Either it s a hoax or someone who can t work a phone well!
