Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17529375xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident chasers, insurance marketing and PPI. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Claimed to be from Bank of Scotland. The man must be stupid as he gave his surname as 'Jones' which is highly unlikely when he was obviously Indian with his extremely thick Indian accent.
