They use tons of VOIP numbers to run this scam and how it works is they sign you up to paying for these leads at say £50 or £100 per lead and of course you will never actually get it. This company reported to be Heating Services, claims to act on behalf of British Gas Homecare and deals with all their support services. They rang to say they are reducing the cost of my homecare cover and including plumbing and electricity repairs. All I need to do is amend my Direct Debit. This is a company scamming customers as they had all me details.
