Maybe I should have let the caller, who had an extremely thick foreign accent, continue but I didn’t let him get further than saying there were bad markers against my name. Woman quite polite. They call me every few weeks on behalf of the Student Loans Company (who are the real people at fault here to be honest!) and insist they have a different house number and can t progress with the call.
Have tried to ring me on several occasions but when you pick the phone up they hang up. Do not be caught out by ringing them because it is a premium rate number. Just another bloody nuisance call.
