Only annoying as I text the number to say i would phone number back i did i did not leave a voice message and there have not got back to me. And on this site the number does say s UK number but just not the real location of the number.

SCAM -banking scam attempted
Claimed to be from O2 and that I was overpaying for my O2 account (I don't use O2). Told me they would offer me a discount with no other changes to be made. Wanted to send a verification number that I was not to share with anyone else "even 02 staff". Hung up when they realised I wasn't falling for it - I strung them along for at least a few minutes.

Another scam. Left a pointless automated voicemail saying "unfortunately we have been unable to get hold of you, call back for assistance" no name or number or reason.

Made threats of legal action from HMRC then asked to press one to speak to an officer. I suspected this was a scam as there is no reason to initiate legal action against myself - so I stopped call.
This phone number 01142340743 says it is your bank and someone has used your PIN number. Tell you to press a number to speak to your bank.
Fraud SCAM Fraud Claimed to be from Vodaphone, said that an attempt to change my account number had been flagged up, called my number to verify with an old address (first flag) Second flag was when I asked if I could have a verification email I received a what amounted to a "yes but hurry up and give me the number" And of course, when I received a recovery/account change text, the first words of said text were DO NOT TELL ANYONE THIS NUMBER, POLICE OR VODAPHONE EMPLOYEES INCLUDED. Claims to be BT technical regarding illegal use of broadband band and a threat to disconnect. It’s not it fake. Also calls from other numbers in completely different locations.
Tried to say that money was attempted out of my account with NatWest. I don’t have an account with NatWest. SPAM.

SCAM - caller claimed to be from British Gas wanting to book me in for a boiler service. She didn't ask for anyone here by name so I didn't engage, just ended the call & blocked the number. I rang British Gas using the genuine number from their website - they confirmed that no-one's called me today.

Call with lots of noise in background, claimed to be from 'Phone house company' I think, hard to make out. I hung up due to not recognising this name.

I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. The call came from Manchester yet again probably rerouted from a call centre abroad. I have blocked the number as always.

They texted me as if they were CV library however they tried asking me for my bank account details via a text.
