Knew my surname and said they were calling from a wine company. I had previously filled out a survey saying liked red wine. Advised them I was not interested. Female caller was very polite through out conversation

Called mobile. Sent to voice mail as left no message so either wrong number, twit or dubious with dubious as the most likely option.

Annoying caller just hangs

Hi everyone, I would like to confirm that these nuisance calls are NOTHING TO DO WITH First Legal Support - Accident Investigators OR Bromiley Holcroft Solicitors. Over the last few months we have received numerous phone calls (14 in one day one week) from understandably angry people confusing us with the First Legal who have been calling them after doing google searches on First Legal, finding First Legal Support and linking them to Bromiley Holcroft Solicitors. This number is telling me my broadband will be cut off in 24hrs. Untrue according to my supplier

my daughter answered this call ..She was told she d had a loan in 2007, and repaid it in 2011. (I don t know how she would have got a loan for £3000 at the age of 11, but obviously this company has better records than us. ) When she continued to talk over the caller, telling him to take us off his list, he told her to go forth and multiply and hung up....proof of a scam

Life insurance scam. Calls from a mobile number too, its chargeable to ring this number back.

Scam caller stating hmrc have a case against you, not true, if press 1 will be charged excessively. Should be hung and dried.

Asian sounding lady. asked for me I asked who was calling (without confirming it was me). she proceeded to tell me my postcode & hung up when I said it was wrong. has been phoning every day. Hope no more calls now I ve answered

Called re pension refund of £1000 if aged under 60. Press 5 to obtain details. Get asked to agree to a "consultant" calling back. I asked if this was a sales call and was advised not. I started to say that the last time this happened it was a sales call and they hung up!

These guys keep calling us and if you question them then they hang up. I called back straight away and managed to speak to someone who apologised but think they sound very dodgy
