8 AM this morning, automated call claiming to be "bank security" - went on to tell me my card had been used twice today - obvious scam as I use a building society wanted me to press a number to connect with their "helpline" - I hung up.

So this number comes up for a Polish restaurant Folk House Zakopane in London. Well they'd have no reason to be calling people out of the the blue and 'Max' claimed he was calling from Carphone Warehouse.

I called back the number and its a cover for a debt helpline, I went through option 1 (Support) as I was going to tell them to do one and the line dropped, so my numbers going to be going to every arse whose parents never loved them, who have become spammers around the world. This is a scam. Automated message claiming to be from Amazon states prime is going to expire and they are going to take £95 from bank then wants you to press 1. Hang up definitely fake

SCAM Claimed to be from my mobile provider 02. I'm not with O2. She eventually hung up as she wasn't getting anywhere with me.

Sounded like an Indian call centre. The lady claimed to be from "Medical Health Services" telling me I could have some kind of personal alarm system because I was a senior citizen over the age of 60. When I told them I wasn't over 60 they said goodbye and hung up. I suspect some kind of scam call.

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

Man called Marty bridgen from Nuneaton scam artist do not send this man any money

SCAM Over the last week I have had calls from this company who purports to be from Amazon stating that a certain amount of money will be taken and press 1 to cancel and 2 to speak to an operator - do not do either HANG UP - Checked with both Amazon and bank they would not leave message like this. Also for reference they also use 0204 520 3908/0204 5203909 and 0208 194 2753. The scripts are slightly different stating that £00 will be taken for Amazon and £1100 bank transfer. Do Not engage with them
