Rang to ask for information relating to a policy i dont have. I hung up, they rang back where my 5 year old answered and yelled abuse down phone claiming to be cancelling my policy and hung up. Rang back and then 3 seperate people who knew my name answered and hung up. If its legit its totally unprofessional!! Dont answer!!

As usual, when I was hard at work on something important that needed concentration, I got this call again. The usual recorded voice addressed me as "Dear customer". Before turning to Tellows I looked it up on another site and found there had been 169 complaints about it there alone in a few days.
