RINGING EVERY WEEK LOOKING FOR FINANCE DEPARTMENT. TOTAL SCAM. LOWLIFE PROBABLY RINGING FROM HIS PARENTS GARDEN SHED.
Some one called me on the number saying they are calling about a sunlife policy which i do not have, i tried to tell them i don't have a policy and told me to f off, very nice ... this is a market research number...

Caller (male, strong Indian sub-continent accent) said he was from the Debt Advisory Department, and was calling to advise me about clearing my debts faster. Worryingly, he addressed me by my full name which I do not normally disclose or use.
Fraud SCAM Cold call. Indian voice asks you to give long card number as some payment at some time "did not go through". I remember no such occasion with an Indian agent, and if this does happen with any other, they immediately check and enter the card number again and it does go through. I said I can't just give my card number to an unknown caller for an unknown transaction, and the agent said he would get their lawyers to deal with me. I have blocked the number.

But happy to walk away is their policy - they are very rude and should not work with the public as their attitude is not to be bother to help !! Phoned my landline on 20 Jan. 2023 pertaining to be from Amazon Prime and stating that they had taken £94 from my bank account. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way. I hung up as it's an obvious scam. Be careful as all these ways of getting your details are sometimes convincing. Not today though !!!
