Had numerous calls from this number, which I blocked but still keep getting calls as they are also using 0117 2942938 and 0161 8149509. They called 4 times in 30mins. I never answer as I am usually working or driving

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. If they are, perhaps others will not follow their example. I do not worry for myself, but people who fall for their smooth talking. Phone rings, you answer. Puase. No-one there, until eventually a real woman says "Hi, I n Chantelle Brown of [garbled] and I ve been informed you ve been involved in a road accident that wasn t your fault." at which point you put the phone down. Clearly an illegal automated dialling system, passing any calls that are answered on to one of their human operators who then reads from a script. Get a nicer job, "Chantelle".
