The person told me they were from sky and it was regarding my internet connection . I told them I would not give out my passwords or be clicking on any links in my computer as too many scammers claiming to be from this company and said if I need to talk to sky I will phone them myself. Caller said she was from VirginMedia and claimed that someone had hacked my Internet. Wanted to show me on my PC. When I said her story was a scam and rubbish, she said my PC was causing hacking attacks, and my Internet line will be blocked.

Said they were sky and they owed me money, asked me to verify details when I refused as I didn’t think the call was genuine they hung up.
Will call constantly , starting from 8am in the morning till late at night. Very eager and really act as though they depend on your one payment to keep the whole company afloat. Please if you can avoid Brighthouse.

received call from man with indian accent, he said he is calling from national accident helpline - i told him to remove my details from his database and never call back again. if only that was true. i have also reported this on the national accident helpline website and apparently it isn t them so i don t know what else to do.
