Very heavily accented Indian accent, also appalling sound quality with lots of noise in the background. When I asked who it was from, she mumbled something about PPI at which point I put the phone down.

This number has phoned me multiple times but if I notice the call and answer it - the caller just hangs up instantly.

Dean keeps calling and leaving messages to return his call quoting a case reference number. He fails to mention the company he s calling from or what the call is about.
