A Google search suggests that it might be to do with personal alarms, this is the number that calls the people listed as emergency contacts for the person.
Displayed as "unknown number/ witheld", transpired to be the usual "you have been involved in an accident" call. Said were Pearl advice and gave number when asked.

Fraud They claim to be HMRC and you will be prosecuted if you don't return the call. The language gets quite amateurish towards the end of the message. It is obviously a fraud as I have a self-assessment online account with HMRC and any messages they want to send me are processed through that account. Not sure what the scam is but just ignore it.
SCAM Purporting to be from BT suspicious activity detected on my home line means they will have to cut off my line unless I press 1 to solve the problem! I think not

01213890166 said it was Sky asking if I have problems with my VPN blah blah blah. Wanted me to check everything that's connected internet then asked me to open google. All I could hear in background was a busy room of people doing same thing. Didn't feel legitimate at all so hung up, can't be that important because never called back

Then he asked if I knew how to get an accurate one and he would help me. I asked WHY!! He then wanted the ping rate.
